基于ZigBee和NB-IoT的仓储环境监测系统实验设计

Experimental Design of Warehouse Environment Monitoring System Based on ZigBee and NB-IoT

  • 摘要: 在仓储管理系统中,仓库内环境直接影响物品存放的时间与质量,因此能实时获取仓库环境有效信息显得尤为重要。传统仓储管理系统主要是依靠人力来对复杂的仓库信息进行采集,这样不仅不能实时获取信息且成本较高。针对这一问题,提出一种基于ZigBee和NB-IoT(narrow band-internet of things,窄带物联网)的仓储环境监测系统,可实时、准确获取仓库中的信息,有效提升仓储管理系统效率并且节约成本。该系统将ZigBee技术和NB-IoT技术相结合应用于仓库管理系统中,采用ZigBee技术组建无线传感网络,ZigBee节点作为采集信息的终端设备,NB-IoT模块作为监测系统的网关实现整个无线传感网络监测数据上传。系统采用低功耗设计,并且具有监测节点定位功能,可实时监测仓库中多个节点的环境信息。此外,系统还引入了防误报机制,具有低成本、低功耗、高可靠性的特点。

     

    Abstract: In the warehouse management system, the environment inside the warehouse has a direct impact on the storage time and goods quality, therefore it is particularly important to obtain real-time and effective information of the warehouse environment. The traditional warehouse management system primarily depending on workforce in complex warehouse information collection can obtain information neither in real time nor at an affordable cost.To address the problem, this paper proposes a warehouse environment monitoring system based on ZigBee and NB-IoT (Narrow Band Internet of Things), which can obtain real-time and accurate information inside the warehouse, effectively improve the efficiency of the warehouse management system, and save costs. The system applies the combination of ZigBee technology and NB-IoT technology on the warehouse management system, and adopts ZigBee technology to set up the wireless sensor network. ZigBee nodes are used as the terminal devices to collect information, while NB-IoT module is used as the gateway of the monitoring system to upload the monitoring data of the whole wireless sensor network. The system is designed with low power consumption, and has the function of monitoring node positioning, thereby monitoring the real-time environment information of multiple nodes inside the warehouse. In addition, the system introduces the anti-false alarm mechanism, and is featured with low cost, low power consumption, and high reliability.
