Abstract:
Genetically modified mice have become important laboratory animal models in the field of biomedicine, and have been widely exchanged at home and abroad. Genetically modified mice both have the physiological characteristics of background mice and their unique physiological features, so their breeding scheme is different from that of background mice. Therefore, before using and breeding genetically modified mice, we need to acquire the requisite breeding knowledge and breeding skills. The purpose of this article is to exchange the breeding experience of genetically modified mice with peers under the guidance of the theories and practices and to help researchers who have just started using genetically modified mice to begin experimental researches to master basic relevant knowledge.
