虚实融合、自主设计、研究型实验教学模式研究

Research on the Virtual-Real Integrated, Independently Designed and Research-based Experimental Teaching Model

  • 摘要: 生物技术大实验是华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院为生物技术专业本科生开设的一门必修课,课程内容均为综合设计型实验项目。为适应教育信息化和突破实体实验局限性,课程组老师设计构建了高度逼真的虚拟仿真实验室和具有设计功能的虚拟仿真实验项目,并推动虚实融合、自主设计、研究型实验教学模式的应用。这里以生物大分子分离纯化实验为例,详细介绍该教学模式的设计与实施,这些工作有力地推动了实验教学改革,促进了实验教学水平和教学质量的提高。

     

    Abstract: Experiments in biotechnology, required courses for undergraduates majoring in biotechnology in the College of Life Science and Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, consist of comprehensive design experiment contents. In order to adapt to educational informationization and break the limitation of entitative experiments, the research group established a highly vivid virtual simulation laboratory and virtual simulation experiments with design function, and promoted the application of the virtual-real integrated, independently designed and research-based experimental teaching model. Taking the biomacromolecule isolation and purification experiment as an example, this paper elaborates the design and implementation of this teaching model. These works have greatly promoted the experimental teaching reform and the improvement in the teaching level and quality.
