基于案例导学的PID控制技术课程教学

Course Teaching of PID Control Technology Based on Case-Based Learning

  • 摘要: PID控制技术是自动控制课程群的核心算法,它依据系统的偏差,计算出合适的控制量,驱使被控对象工作在设定的范围,并且可以抑制外部干扰。然而,现有自动控制课程群多以MATLAB仿真为主,缺乏PID控制技术可行教学案例。该文以Mindstorms NXT套件为例,构建实验平台,介绍PID控制设计过程,及其参数调整方法,为自动控制课程群PID控制技术教学提供可行案例。

     

    Abstract: PID control technology, the core algorithm in the automatic control courses, gives a suitable controlled quantity to keep the controlled object working in the defined scope and automatically restrain the external disturbance according to the system deviation. However, the existing automatic control courses lack a feasible teaching case for PID control technology, instead primarily using MATLAB simulation. The paper uses the Mindstorms NXT kit as an example to build an experiment platform, describe PID control design and its parameter tuning methods, and provide a feasible teaching example of PID control technology in automatic control courses.
