TRIZ指导的机械基础课程实验教学改革

Experimental Teaching Reform and Practice of Mechanical Basic Course Guided by TRIZ

  • 摘要: 机械基础课程实验教学是机械类本科培养中的重要环节,对提高学生的分析解决问题能力、实践创新能力起着重要的作用。虽然机械类专业培养总学时在降低,但对学生创新能力的要求却日益增高,而目前实验项目数量和复杂度却较难满足该要求。因此使用TRIZ理论,对实验课时量减少,实验项目数量和复杂度增加的矛盾进行了深入研究分析,使用TRIZ技术冲突矩阵获得了发明原理;然后对这些发明原理进行了方案求解,并对获得的方案进行了可行性研究及分析;最后将最佳方案应用到机械基础课程实验的教学改革实践之中,有效提高了机械基础课程实验的教学效果。

     

    Abstract: Experimental teaching of mechanical basic course, an important process of the undergraduate training of mechanics discipline, plays an important role in improving students’ problem-solving abilities and practical innovation abilities. Along with the decreasing total class hours of mechanics discipline is the increasing demand for students’ innovation ability. But the quantity and complexity of current experiment projects are difficult to meet the demand. This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the contradictory issues between the decreasing experiment class hours and increasing quantity and complexity of experiment projects by means of theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) theory, and obtains the inventive principles via applying TRIZ technical contradiction matrix. By solving these inventive principles, this paper makes feasibility study and analysis of the obtained solution, applies the best solution to the experimental teaching reform and practice of mechanical basic course, thereby effectively improving the experimental teaching effect of mechanical basic course.
