Abstract:
Experimental teaching of mechanical basic course, an important process of the undergraduate training of mechanics discipline, plays an important role in improving students’ problem-solving abilities and practical innovation abilities. Along with the decreasing total class hours of mechanics discipline is the increasing demand for students’ innovation ability. But the quantity and complexity of current experiment projects are difficult to meet the demand. This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the contradictory issues between the decreasing experiment class hours and increasing quantity and complexity of experiment projects by means of theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) theory, and obtains the inventive principles via applying TRIZ technical contradiction matrix. By solving these inventive principles, this paper makes feasibility study and analysis of the obtained solution, applies the best solution to the experimental teaching reform and practice of mechanical basic course, thereby effectively improving the experimental teaching effect of mechanical basic course.
