Development of a Propeller-ice Cutting Air Test Platform

  • 摘要: 设计开发了一种螺旋桨−冰切削状态下的空气试验平台,该平台可以实现对螺旋桨−冰切削、碰撞等接触工况下推力扭矩的测量,避免了敞水动力仪在量程上的局限性。实验表明,试验平台在测量实验中具有设备安装简便、测数稳定性好和量程适用性高等特点,能够满足实验教学和科研的需要,完善了螺旋桨性能预报的实验教学系统。

     

    Abstract: A propeller-ice cutting air test platform was designed and developed. The platform can measure the thrust torque under the contact conditions of propeller-ice cutting and collision, avoiding the limitation of the open water dynamometer in the range. Experiments show that the test platform has the characteristics of easy equipment installation, good measurement stability, and high range applicability in the measurement experiment, which can meet the needs of experimental teaching and scientific research, and improve the experimental teaching system of propeller performance prediction.
