Analysis of the Performance Simulation of the Crystal Triode Mixer

  • 摘要: 利用LTspice软件对混频器进行了可视化仿真分析。通过改变晶体三极管外电路元件参数,对比分析了静态工作点、本振电压幅值和负载电阻等不同参数对输出中频信号的影响。通过改变波形坐标系,直接获得了参数与观测量的曲线,与时域波形共同说明参数对性能指标的影响。通过仿真实验,可以形象、直观地展示仿真结果,增强学生对抽象指标的感性认识和对电路性能参数调试方法的了解,加深学生对基本原理的理解。实践证明,这种可视化仿真的教学方法有利于从多个坐标系展示教学内容,提高学习兴趣,改善学习效果。

     

    Abstract: The visual simulation of the mixer is analyzed by using the LTspice software. The influence of the different parameters such as static operating point, local oscillator voltage amplitude and load resistance on the output of intermediate-frequency signal is studied by changing the circuit component parameters outside of crystal triode. The curves of parameters and observed values are obtained directly by changing the waveform coordinate system, illustrating the effects of parameters together with the time domain waveform on performance indicators. The simulation experiment can vividly and intuitively display simulation results, enhance students' perceptual understanding of abstract indicator and the method to debug parameters of circuit performance, and deepen students' understanding of basic principles. The practice indicates that this visual simulation teaching method is beneficial to display the teaching contents from multiple coordinate systems, enhance interest in learning and improve learning effect.
