校企协同模式下创新型人才培养研究

Research of Cultivating Innovative Talents in the School-Enterprise Cooperation Model

  • 摘要: 校企协同是一种高等教育人才培养模式,可以促进高校和科研院所或行业企业共享资源,并实现高效互动。为提高非测绘工程专业学生在测绘技术方面的实践、创新能力,该文基于校企协同模式,通过校内前期准备阶段、企业实训阶段、分专业综合实习、进度检查和质量评估四个阶段的实践与研究,结果表明:按照调整测绘教学内容、改进教学方法、建设校内外实验实训基地以及提升师资队伍四个维度的教学模式,展开创新创业科研训练,能有效克服学生学习动力不足,增强学生自主学习的积极性,同时能培养学生团队分工协作意识,帮助非测绘工程专业学生提高视图、判图、成图的知识迁移能力和改进测绘工具与方法的实践创新能力,从而帮助学生提前适应就业环境和行业需求。

     

    Abstract: As a talent training model in higher education, school-enterprise cooperation is conducive to the sharing of resources between universities and scientific research institutes or industry enterprises, thereby achieving efficient interactions. In order to improve the practical innovation capabilities of surveying technologies for students in non-surveying and mapping engineering major, this paper conducts practice and research on four stages such as the pre-preparation in school, corporate training, comprehensive internship as per different majors, progress inspection and quality assessment based on the school-enterprise cooperation model. The research results show that the four-dimensional teaching model of adjusting the teaching content of surveying and mapping, improving teaching methods, building experimental and training bases inside and outside the school, upgrading the teaching faculty, and launching innovation and start-up scientific research training can effectively overcome the lack of students’ motivation and enhance their enthusiasm of self-directed learning. In addition, students in non-surveying and mapping engineering major are able to train the awareness of division of responsibilities, improve their knowledge transfer ability of viewing, judgment, and mapping and the practical innovation ability of surveying and mapping tools and methods, thereby getting prepared for the employment environment and the industry demand in advance.
