Abstract:
The university laboratory serves as an important base for teaching and research, and most of them are equipped with pressure vessels. Standard, reasonable and science-based safety management of pressure vessels holds the key to the smooth progress of teaching and research work. Given the status quo and existing problems of pressure vessels management in laboratories of agricultural universities, this paper combines the actual situation of laboratory pressure vessels management in Northeast Agricultural University. According to the relevant contents and requirements of national and industrial safety standards, the laboratory pressure vessels safety standardization management system in agricultural universities is set up, which encompasses six perspectives such as the establishment of safety management system, the improvement of technical files, the standardization of operator training, the improvement of the operational environment, the strengthening of inspection and maintenance, and the strengthening of safety inspection.
