面向工程应用PID控制实验平台开发与实践

Development and Practice of Engineering Application-oriented PID Control Experiment Platform

  • 摘要: PID控制理论具有广泛的工程应用市场,学习和掌握相关内容离不开实验教学。当前PID控制实验内容模型化、虚拟化,脱离了工程实际。国家在新工科人才培养中强调解决复杂工程问题能力培养。该文基于真实的工控对象,运用主流的工控技术,开发了面向工程的PID实验系统。突出了让学生在实验过程中发现工程问题、解决工程问题的初衷。现已在实验教学中得到了应用,效果良好,值得推广。

     

    Abstract: Given the wide application of PID control theory in the engineering market, experimental teaching plays an indispensable role in acquiring the relevant content. The present situation of modeling and virtualized PID control experiment content is divorced from the engineering practice. To this end, the ability to solve complex engineering problems is underlined in the new engineering talent training. Based on the real industrial control object, this paper develops the engineering-oriented PID experiment system by using the mainstream industrial control technology. The students’ original aspiration of discovering and solving engineering problems during the experiment highlighted in this paper has been applied in the experimental teaching, which obtains good effect and is worth being popularized.
