基于工程能力全过程培养的锻造成形综合实验设计与实践

Design and Practice of Forging Forming Comprehensive Experiment Based on the Whole Process Training of Engineering Ability

  • 摘要: 针对金属材料锻造成形综合实验教学存在的突出问题,山东大学材料成型及控制工程专业以工程教育专业认证理念为指导,面向经济社会发展需要和学生工程能力培养要求,开展了锻造成形综合实验教学改革探索。提出了“贯通融合、系统完整、虚实结合、广泛互动”的综合实验设计思路,开发了以“一核心、两模式、三结合、四要素,全过程”为特色的锻造成形综合实验项目。该项目将学生解决复杂工程问题能力的培养贯穿于产品锻造成形全过程实验,在实验教学理念、实验内容、教学模式、教学方法、教学组织形式等方面形成了一定的特色。连续多年教学实践表明,该项目的建设与应用有力促成了学生专业知识和实验技能向解决复杂工程问题能力的有效转化。

     

    Abstract: Given the prominent problems in the comprehensive experiment teaching of metallic material forging forming and in response to the need of social and economic development and the requirement of students’ engineering ability cultivation, material forming and control engineering discipline of Shandong University carries out the teaching reform on forging forming comprehensive experiment guided by the concept of engineering education professional accreditation. A comprehensive experiment design is proposed with the characteristics of blending, system integrity, virtual-reality combination, and wide interaction, and the forging forming comprehensive experiment project is constructed with the characteristics of one kernel, two models, three combinations, four factors, and the whole process. In the project, the training of the ability to solve complex engineering problems can be seen in the whole process of forging forming. In addition, the project presents distinguished features in teaching philosophy, experiment content, teaching model, teaching method, and teaching organization. Years of practice suggests that the proposed forging forming comprehensive experiment is conducive to the effective transfer of professional knowledge and experimental skills into the ability to solve complex engineering problems.
