中远程相位式激光测距系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Medium and Long Range Phase Laser Distance Measurement System

  • 摘要: 该文介绍了一种适用于中远程范围的激光测距系统,采用相位法计算待测距离,根据反射信号携带的相位信息计算得出测量距离。采用差频测相的方法,通过自动增益控制的预处理,将计算的相位差由高频转变为低频,提高了相差测量的稳定性并降低了测距误差。在数据处理方面,采用最大似然估计法对信号进行处理。采用DDS和PLL环外混频方法,使得到的结果更为准确。该系统具有精度高、无接触、物美价廉等优点。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a laser ranging system suitable for the medium and long range. The phase method is adopted to calculate the measured distance according to the phase information carried by reflected signal. The method of frequency difference of phase finding and the preprocessing of automatic gain control are conducted. As a result, the calculated phase difference is changed from high frequency to low frequency, improving the stability of phase difference measurement and reducing the ranging error. In data processing, the maximum likelihood estimation method is used to process the signal. The DDS and PLL mixing in the outside of loop systems contribute to more accurate results. The system has the advantages of high precision, no touch, good quality and affordable price.
