Abstract: The university laboratories act as the practical training base for cultivating top-notch and innovative talents, the high ground of talent for first-class faculty, the cluster of hardware infrastructure of first-class disciplines, and the cradle of exploration that improves the level of scientific research, and play a critical role in the double first class university construction. Therefore, building first-class and high level laboratory is the “endogenous demand” for promoting the double first class university construction. Starting from the establishment of a top-level laboratory system that supports talents training in the context of double first class university construction, this paper takes laboratory information-based construction as the means and the experimental technical team building as the guarantee. In order to boost the double first class university construction and enhance the comprehensive effectiveness of laboratory resources, this paper, via exploring the key problems in the construction of university laboratories, puts forward the specific construction measures, thereby providing some references for the construction and development of double first class university laboratories.
