The Circuit Design of Single Live Wire Remote Control Touch Switch

  • 摘要: 结合电子设计课程的教学案例,介绍了一种单火线遥控触摸开关的设计方法。首先分析了单火线供电的工作原理,然后对智能开关设计中的关键技术如触摸检测、射频遥控编解码、遥控配对等进行了深入研究。在此基础上,围绕PIC16F690单片机进行了软硬件设计。实验结果证明所设计的单火线遥控触摸开关触摸检测灵敏,检测距离可达到5 mm;射频遥控稳定可靠,可实现20 m窗墙控制,为单火线智能开关设计提供了示范。将该设计过程作为教学案例引入课堂,与实际应用接轨,在培养学生解决工程问题能力的同时也培养了其创新意识。

     

    Abstract: Combining with the teaching case of electronic design course, this paper introduces a design method of single live wire remote control touch switch. Firstly, the principle of single wire power supply is analyzed, and then the key technologies of intelligent switch design such as touch monitoring, radio-frequency remote control coding and decoding, remote control pairs are deeply studied. On this basis, the software and hardware of single-chip microcomputer PIC16F690 are designed. Experimental results show that the designed single live wire remote touch switch is sensitive to touch monitoring, and the detection distance can reach 5 mm; the stable and reliable radio-frequency remote control can realize 20 m window wall control, providing a demonstration for the design of single live wire intelligent switch. The design process in alignment with the practical application is introduced into the classroom as a teaching case, training students’ awareness of innovation as well as their ability to solve engineering problems.
