Application and Practice of Virtual Simulation in ICP-OES Comprehensive Design Experiment

  • 摘要: 将虚拟仿真和综合实验模式引入到仪器分析实验课程中,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定食品中微量元素含量,并用虚拟仿真软件对仪器结构、实验操作、数据分析进行训练。在“虚实结合 + 翻转课堂”模式下,对实验内容、教学方法、考核评价进行改革,指导学生独自设计实验方案,旨在转变学生学习地位,激发学生探索欲望,调动学生的主动性和积极性,挖掘学生创新潜力。

     

    Abstract: The virtual simulation and comprehensive experimental mode were introduced into the instrument analysis experiment course, the content of trace elements in food was determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES), and the instrument structure, experimental operation and data analysis were trained by virtual simulation software. The teachers reform the experimental content, teaching methods, and evaluation under the “combination of virtuality and reality + flipped classroom” mode, and instruct the students to design experimental programs independently. The aim is to shift students’ learning status, stimulate students’ desire to explore, arouse students’ initiative and enthusiasm, and tap students’ innovation potential.
