Abstract: The safety management of biological laboratories has been given serious attention from the country and society. This paper summarizes the existing safety problems in biological laboratories of colleges and universities from the human being factors and management factors. Human being factors include common problems of management, insufficient human resources support and improper operation. Management factors mainly include the inadequate instrument management method, inflexible management system and insufficient technological reserve of professional laboratory technicians. According to the current situation, this paper proposes to improve the management system, implement the safety responsibility system and explore characteristic management system, establish a novel common sharing platform, establish the three-level linkage mechanism to guarantee safety in professional laboratories, and attach importance to the application of virtual simulation in safety education.
