现代测试技术及分子模拟在假紫罗兰酮合成教学改革中的探索

Exploration for Teaching Reform of Modern Testing Technology and Molecular Modeling in Pseudoionone Synthesis

  • 摘要: 针对当前高等学校有机化学实验课程教学中普遍存在的教材老化、教学模式刻板,学生对实验条件、过程和原理缺乏准确的理解及对产物没有综合解析的能力等问题,探索将有机合成、现代测试技术及计算化学等课程相结合的教学模式。文章以假紫罗兰酮合成教学为例,利用核磁共振等仪器及分子模拟引导学生解析产物结构,正确理解反应机理及如何有效控制反应条件,以期加强基础有机化学实验和各学科的衔接,逐渐培养学生严谨的科学态度及综合的科研能力。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems currently existing in the organic chemistry experiment course, such as the outdated textbooks and teaching model, inaccurate understanding of experimental conditions, processes and principles, and the lack of comprehensive analysis ability of products, this paper explores the teaching model that incorporates organic synthesis, modern testing technology, and computational chemistry. In the teaching of pseudoionone synthesis, the students are guided to verify the product structure, understand the reaction mechanism correctly and learn to control the reaction conditions effectively with the help of nuclear magnetic resonance instrument and other instruments and molecular simulation. It is aimed to reinforce the connection between basic organic chemistry experiments and various disciplines, and gradually cultivate students’ meticulous attitude and comprehensive research ability.
