Abstract:
In this paper, the existing different types of professional instruments and equipment in the spray test laboratory of internal combustion engine are regarded as the research objects. The LabVIEW software is used as development environment and different communication protocols are used as the basis of data interaction. Based on these, an integrated control platform is developed to integrate hardware resources, testing methods and communication ports. Researchers can edit the test method according to the spray test requirements, test the matching of hardware resources and the processing of image data, thereby improving the testing efficiency and reducing the complexity of test operation, so that researchers can concentrate on data analysis and test and obtain scientific research results quickly. A certain number of data acquisition channels and communication ports are reserved on the platform to meet the requirements of new integration. According to this idea, the platform can also be transplanted to other professional laboratories, and can be further upgraded to a centralized control platform for multiple laboratories, which has a wide range of practical value.
