Design and Application of an Accelerated Velocity Testing Device

  • 摘要: 加速度的测量作为量化运动状态变化的一种方式具有实际意义。量化方式多样,可以跨学科、跨领域。该研究提出一种组合简单器材实现加速度测量的简易办法,利用水银柱在U形管中的受力状态的变化跟踪、量化被测物体运动状态的变化,并从理论上讨论了装置的多种应用。为便于显示,采用了力电传感的电气化测试方法。装置具有传统仪表所没有的优势:简单廉价、可任意拆卸组装。为实验室充分组合现有资源设计新的测试方法使教学、研究及工程测试过程直观易懂提供了范例。

     

    Abstract: The measurement of accelerated velocity has a practical meaning in quantifying changes of moving state, having various quantitative types in cross-disciplinary approach. This study proposed a simple method to measure the accelerated velocity by using a set of simple equipment, tracking the changes of strained conditions of mercury column in U-tube, and quantifying the change of moving state of the measured object, and theoretically discussed multiple applications of the device in engineering. Meanwhile, an electrified measuring method was proposed based on the electro-mechanical sensor. The device has such advantages as simple design, low cost, convenient to be assembled and disassembled, providing examples for experimental teaching, research and engineering test in an intuitively understandable manner by designing new test methods with the help of existing resources.
