Abstract:
In order to better carry out the teaching reform guidelines of Sichuan University on the construction of a number of comprehensive, design-typed experimental courses and innovative exploration (entrepreneurial) experimental courses, a green analytical chemistry experiment is designed, with polyphenols extracted from tea leaf as the chromogenic reagent, to determine the iron content of real sample both in solution and on the filter paper substrate. This experiment is comprehensive, green, easy to handle, fast-responding and visual, therefore, this experiment could be served as a comprehensive innovative chemical experiment open to students.
