双异质结薄膜制备及激光器件综合实验设计

Design of Comprehensive Experiment for Preparation and Characterization Double-heterojunction Thin Film and Laser Device

  • 摘要: 第三代新型半导体材料是支撑5G通信技术、新能源汽车和光电应用等领域发展的核心材料。为了激发学生对科学探索的兴趣,设计了双异质结薄膜制备及激光器件特性表征的综合实验。该实验包括利用化学有机气相沉积技术制备双异质结薄膜、泵浦激光器件制作及光电性能表征等,实验内容新颖,涵盖知识点丰富。实践证明,综合实验让学生在实验方案设计、实验设备操作、数据处理分析和科研论文撰写等方面的能力得到显著提升。

     

    Abstract: The third-generation semiconductors are core materials to support 5G technologies, new energy vehicles and optoelectronic applications. In order to stimulate the interest of students in scientific research, a comprehensive experiment on preparation of double-heterojunction thin film and laser device is designed. The experiment includes the preparation of double-heterojunction thin film by means of metal-organic chemical vapor deposition, fabrication of the pump laser device and measurement of electro-optical properties. The experiment has a novel content and a wide range of knowledge. It has been proved that the comprehensive experiment has significantly improved students' abilities in experiment design, equipment operation, data processing and research paper writing, among others.
