Practice and Application of HACCP System in the Biological Laboratory Safety Management in Universities

  • 摘要: 借鉴国际公认的食品安全保障体系−危害分析的关键控制点(HACCP),从源头开始,对生物实验全过程进行危害分析,确定实验中的关键环节并识别安全隐患。制定HACCP计划,建立生物实验室安全防控体系,结合网络化信息技术,对实验过程中每一关键控制点采取相应控制及纠正措施。实践证明,HACCP体系为生物实验室安全提供了有效保障,也为其他高校生物实验室安全管理提供新的方法和有效手段。

     

    Abstract: This paper draws on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), an internationally accredited food safety guarantee system, analyzes all hazards in the whole process of biological experiment from the start and determines the key links of the experiment for identifying potential safety hazards. The HACCP plan is made, and a biological laboratory security control system is established. Having combined with network information technology, the corresponding control and corrective measures are taken for each critical control point during the experiment. The practice has proved that HACCP system provides effective guarantee for the safety of biological laboratory, and also provides new management methods and effective means for the safety management of biological laboratory in other universities.
