Abstract:
With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, new requirements have been put forward for the online teaching of experimental courses for engineering students. The “Mechanical Measurement and Control Comprehensive Experiment” of USST is an independent experiment course based on Labview software to control various sensors. It is necessary to operate a variety of experimental equipment and learn related theoretical knowledge during the experiment course; however, students cannot directly operate the experimental equipment after they are taught online, posing new challenges for teachers to carry out online experimental teaching and students to learn virtually. In this context, the online and offline mixed teaching practice is actively carried out in response to various practical problems of experimental courses. Having conducted the design of multi-scenario teaching model, online and offline interactive communication, remote verification of experimental results, and a comprehensive evaluation system for mixed teaching, the difficulties of mixed teaching have been solved, all the experimental teaching tasks have been effectively completed, and a good experimental teaching effect has been achieved.
