单管管外沸腾冷凝换热实验教学装置改进

Improvement of Experiment Teaching Device for Boiling and Condensation Heat Transfer on Single Tube

  • 摘要: 针对单管管外沸腾冷凝换热实验教学装置中存在的不足进行了分析。发现当实验段水侧流量较小时,水侧出口的水温波动较大是造成实验结果不准确和实验操作效率低的主要因素。利用大流量旁通的方式,可实现实验段水侧出口水温恒定,同时将实验系统误差控制在20%以内,并且实验过渡过程的时间缩短,提升了实验教学的效率。

     

    Abstract: The shortcomings of the experimental teaching device for boiling/condensation heat transfer on single tube are analyzed. When the water-side water flow of the experimental section is low, it is found that the large fluctuation of water temperature at the outlet of the water side is the main factor causing inaccurate experimental results and low experimental operation efficiency. By using the large-flow bypass method, the water-side temperature of the experimental section can be kept stably so that the margin of experimental data error can be controlled within ±20%, and the experiment wait time can be shortened which improves the experimental teaching efficiency.
