Abstract:
According to the teaching principle of “high-level, innovative, and challenging” of the Ministry of Education, implementing multi-level laser processing practical teaching in engineering training is the basic requirement of individualized and diversified teaching, and is also the inevitable trend of development of engineering practical education under the background of the “new engineering”. Based on the CDIO engineering education concept, the Engineering Training Center in Dalian University of Technology has set up a three-level practical teaching course system of “cognition type-innovative production type-expanded application type” for students of different majors and levels. It efficiently stimulates students’ interest in learning, cultivates students’ innovative thinking and practical ability and promotes the application of interdisciplinary knowledge. It can provide reference to the practical teaching construction of emerging technologies in engineering colleges and universities under the background of new engineering.
