“三融合”构建汽车覆盖件成形实验教学平台的研究与实践

Research and Practice on Establishing an Experimental Teaching Platform of Automotive Panel Forming Through Three Integrations

  • 摘要: 针对汽车覆盖件成形实验教学存在的突出问题,山东大学材料成型及控制工程专业基于面向学生成长要求、面向产业发展需求、面向科技创新前沿、面向全程实践育人“四个面向”开展了实验教学改革探索。提出了通过高校与企业、虚拟与现实、科研与教学的“三融合”构建实验教学平台的思路,形成了高校教师、企业工程师、研究生、本科生“四位一体”的实验教学培养模式。汽车覆盖件成形实验教学平台由专业实验、课程实验、综合实验和创新实验4个模块构成,通过层次化、渐进式的实验项目,实现了实验内容难度逐步提升、学生工程能力渐次培养。连续多年教学实践表明,该平台的建设与应用提高了学生开展实验教学的认同感、获得感和成就感,促进了学生工程能力和创新能力的提升。

     

    Abstract: Based on the analysis of prominent problems in experimental teaching of automotive panel forming, Material Formation and Control Engineering Specialty of Shandong University has carried out the reform on experimental teaching in view of four orientations, that is, facing the demand of talent growth, the requirement of industry development, the frontier of science and technology, and the full practice training. A novel construction thought is proposed characterized by “three integrations”, namely integration of university and enterprise, of virtual and reality, and of science research and teaching. A “four in one” training model is formed, including teachers, engineers, postgraduates and undergraduates. The experimental teaching platform of automotive panel forming consists of four modules, which are specialty experiment, course experiment, comprehensive experiment and innovation experiment. Both the difficulty of experimental content and the training of engineering ability are increased gradually by means of hierarchical and progressive projects. Years of practice shows that the proposed experimental teaching platform can increase students’ sense of identity, gain and achievement, and facilitate the promotion of their engineering and innovation ability.
