可视化喷雾实验平台的研制

Development of Visualized Spray Experiment Platform

  • 摘要: 该文设计了一套由可视定容器、供油系统、供气系统、图像采集与处理系统组成的可视化喷雾实验平台。该平台可观察不同喷射背压、喷射压力、喷射脉宽等工作环境下的喷雾实验;还可标定喷油器的流量特性;基于设计软件的灵活性,可以扩展学生对多次喷射等喷油策略下喷雾的探索,同时还可以锻炼学生基于LabVIEW图形化编程的能力。

     

    Abstract: A visualized spray experiment platform composed of visualized constant volume chamber, oil supply system, air supply system, and image capture and processing system is developed. The platform helps conduct spray experiments at different conditions by changing injection back pressure, injection pressure and injection pulse width, among others, and calibrate flow characteristics of fuel injector. The flexibility of design software helps expand students’ explorations in spray under fuel injection strategies such as multiple injections, and train students’ graphical programming ability based on LabVIEW.
