基于Factory IO的物料分拣和组装虚拟仿真实验设计

Design of Material Sorting and Assembly Virtual Simulation Experiment Based on Factory IO

  • 摘要: 为弥补PLC实验缺乏直观性和大型设备问题,该文基于Factory IO设计集合物料生产、分类、组装的虚拟仿真实验。Factory IO搭建的模型可与PLCSIM、真实plc进行通信,在TIA Portal15.1编程环境中实现对模型的动作控制,实现TIAPortal和Factory IO联调。测试表明,实验可实现蓝色底、蓝色盖、绿色底、绿色盖的生产、分类和组装。可补充PLC实践教学,完善实验设计环节,促进教学工程化,同时满足学生创新的要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to make up the lack of immediacy and large-scale equipment in the PLC experiment, the virtual simulation experiment of material production, classification and assembly is designed based on Factory IO. The model built by Factory IO can communicate with PLCSIM and real PLC, control the model action in TIA Portal15.1 programming environment, and realize the joint debugging of TIA Portal and Factory IO. The test shows that the experiment can realize the production, classification and assembly of blue bottom, blue cover, green bottom and green cover, supplement PLC practice teaching, improve the experiment design phase and stimulate students' innovation abilities.
