Abstract:
Under the background of “double first-class” construction, laboratory has become the main ground and important carrier for universities to cultivate top-notch innovative talents, build a first-class teaching staff, refine the first-class discipline ecology, and improve the level of scientific research. As the basic technical force of laboratory in universities, the experimental technical team still witnesses a big gap between its development and the requirements of “double first-class” construction in universities. Having conducted the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the experimental technical team, on the basis of full investigation and reasonable reference of the successful experience of the construction of experimental technical team in other universities, this paper proposes to build a construction system of experimental technical team with the top-level planning as the core, and the management mechanism of position planning, training mechanism, reputation incentive and other aspects as the support, so as to realize the long-term healthy development of the experimental technical team in universities.
