Abstract: With the continuous increase of national investment in laboratory construction, laboratory safety management has become increasingly important. In the study of “keep the original intention and keep the mission firmly in mind”, the role and status of biological laboratory technicians in colleges and universities have been re-recognized and distinguished. The laboratory technical team of colleges and universities is the core of laboratory construction and development. With multiple and heavy responsibilities, they have played an all-round role in the safe operation and development of various tasks in the laboratory. Through the understanding and positioning of duties of biological laboratory technicians, new ideas and solutions are provided for university and college laboratories to better implement the development concept of health, safety and environmental protection (HSE).
