Abstract:
In order to meet the needs of the conbination of oral clinical medicine teaching and large equipment testing teaching, atomic force microscopy was applied to the expetimental teaching design of enamel demineralization evaluation. This experiment involves a lot of basic theoretical knowledge based on clinical medicine and large-scale equipment and so on. As a result, students’ abilities of data access, experimental design, instrument using, experimental operation and analysis have been systematically trained. In the experiment, different beverages favored by teenagers are selected to carry out the enamel demineralization research, which is not only close to the real life, but is combined with students’ professional knowledge, which can stimulate students’ research interest, strengthen their scientific literacy and cultivate their innovation ability. Additionally, the experiment can be designed, explored and extended independently by students to cultivate their scientific research interest and practice ability, enhance their innovation awareness, being applied in open experimental teaching.
