Comprehensive Reform and Practice of Three-in-one Experimental Teaching for Automation Majors

  • 摘要: 新工科背景下自动化专业创新型人才培养的需求对实验教学提出了更大挑战,山东大学控制科学与工程学院实验教学团队加强顶层设计,创新“授验结合”式实验教学方式,完善实验系列教师队伍培养激励机制,构建完备的师生考核体系,确立师、生、实验管理运行机制“三元一体”的实践教学体系,推动实验资源深度融合共享。实践证明,该实验教学体系取得了良好的教学效果,对学生工程实践能力的培养、实践教学发展和学科建设起到强有力的助推作用。

     

    Abstract: The demand for innovative talents training for automation majors puts forward greater challenges to experimental teaching under the background of new engineering. By innovating the experimental teaching method of “combination of teaching and experiment”, improving the cultivation and incentive mechanism for experimental teachers, and constructing a complete assessment system for teachers and students, the Experimental Teaching Team of School of Control Science and Engineering, Shandong University has established a “three-in-one” practical teaching system for the operation mechanism of teachers, students and experiment management, which has promoted the deep integration and sharing of experimental resources. Experiments show that it has achieved good teaching results and played a strong role in the cultivation of students’ engineering practical ability, practice teaching development and discipline construction.
