Abstract:
The demand for innovative talents training for automation majors puts forward greater challenges to experimental teaching under the background of new engineering. By innovating the experimental teaching method of “combination of teaching and experiment”, improving the cultivation and incentive mechanism for experimental teachers, and constructing a complete assessment system for teachers and students, the Experimental Teaching Team of School of Control Science and Engineering, Shandong University has established a “three-in-one” practical teaching system for the operation mechanism of teachers, students and experiment management, which has promoted the deep integration and sharing of experimental resources. Experiments show that it has achieved good teaching results and played a strong role in the cultivation of students’ engineering practical ability, practice teaching development and discipline construction.
