Abstract:
In the course construction of Fire and Combustion Fundamental, the experimental teaching process has been reformed under the “profound, innovative and challenging” standards of the “gold course”. The profoundness of the experiments is enhanced by introducing comprehensive and design-based experiments, and ideological and political content, and setting up safety concepts, etc. Through the innovation of experiment content and methods, and teaching mode, the experiments become more innovative. The challenging level of the experiments is improved by the reform of assessment methods, enriching the role of the teachers. It lays a good foundation for training innovative firefighting talents with comprehensive abilities and advanced thinking.
