基于OBE理念的翻转课堂设计与实践以“电气传动课程设计”为例

Design and Practice of Flipped Classroom Based on the OBE Concept

  • 摘要: 该文针对“电气传动课程设计”在实验教学中存在的问题,基于OBE教育理念,以成果为导向,以学生的能力培养为目标,进行翻转课堂设计,制定课程教学目标,优化课程教学内容,构建翻转课堂教学模式,改革评价反馈机制,将教学过程分为课前获取知识、课中内化知识、课后总结提升3个环节。实践表明,翻转课堂的教学模式和多元化评价的改革,调动了学生学习的积极性,加强了师生之间的互动交流,提高了学生的自主学习、自主思考、自主解决问题的能力,提升了实验教学质量。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the experimental teaching of electrical drive course design , based on the concept of OBE education, with the outcome as the orientation and students’ ability cultivation as the goal, the flipped classroom design is carried out, in which course teaching objectives are set, course teaching content is optimized, flipped classroom teaching mode is constructed and evaluation feedback mechanism is reformed. The teaching process is divided into three links: acquiring knowledge before class, internalizing knowledge in class and summarizing and improving knowledge after class. Practice shows that the flipped classroom teaching mode and the reform of diversified evaluation mobilize students’ enthusiasm for learning, strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, improve students’ ability of independent learning, independent thinking and independent problem solving, and improve the quality of experimental teaching.
