Abstract:
The growth, development and stability of young experimental technicians are important guarantees of the improvement of talent cultivation quality and scientific research service level, and the promotion of discipline construction. Based on the in-depth analysis of the current problems for young technicians and the requirements of “double first-class”universities, Southwest Petroleum University, with the enhancement of job awareness as the core, gradually forms a set of hierarchical and progressive training and incentive mechanism from the perspectives of job responsibilities, evaluation standards and training. This mechanism can create a young experimental technical team who loves the job, has high professionalism, and has strong innovation ability, which will lay a solid foundation for the university’s“double first-class”construction.
