基于科研成果转化的无机化学创新型实验设计

Innovative Experiment Design of Inorganic Chemistry Based on the Transformation of Scientific Research Achievements

  • 摘要: 以科研课题为基础设计了“化学传感器法测定多种微量元素注射液II中铜(II)含量”的创新型实验,该实验现象稳定、重复性好、操作简单,且涵盖了较多知识点和供学生自行探索的实验内容。相比无机化学基础性实验,该实验涉及多个学科交叉,特别针对药学专业学生具有较强的专业性和趣味性。通过实验改革使无机化学实验教学质量和深度有明显提高,并提升了学生的创新能力、科学素养和研究能力。

     

    Abstract: According to some research achievements, an innovative exploratory teaching experiment—Determination of copper(II) in multiple trace elements injection II by chemical sensor, was explored and designed. This experiment is stable, repetitve, simple to operate, and covers many knowledge points and research topics for students to explore by themselves. Compared with the fundamental experiments in organic chemistry course, this experiment involves multiple disciplines, which is strong professional and interesting for pharmacy students. It is found that these measures can improve the teaching quality, and develop the students innovation ability, scientific literacy and research ability.
