植物叶片超微弱发光光磁胁迫装置的应用

The Application of Optical and Magnetic Stress Device Based on Plant Leaves Ultra-weak Luminescence

  • 摘要: 利用自主研制的“植物叶片超微弱发光光磁胁迫装置”研究了不同磁场作用时间对长寿花叶片自发发光的影响以及相同条件的磁场对不同叶龄的叶片延迟发光的影响。实验数据表明, 磁场对长寿花叶片自发发光的作用有一个饱和时间,当磁场作用时间大于饱和时间后,叶片超微弱发光强度增加不再明显,并且有一定起伏;磁场对不同叶龄叶片的延迟发光1/p因子影响程度不同,对幼年和老年叶片影响较大,需经过较长时间还未能消除磁场影响,而对成年叶片影响较小,经过较短时间便可基本消除磁场影响。

     

    Abstract: The self-developed optical and magnetic stress device based on plant leaves ultra-weak luminescence was used to study the effect of different magnetic fields on the spontaneous luminescence of jonquil flowers’ leaves and the effect of the same magnetic field on the delayed luminescence of leaves of different leaf ages. The experimental data shows that the effect of the magnetic field on the spontaneous luminescence of the jonquil flowers’ leaves has a saturation time. When the magnetic field acting time is longer than the saturation time, the ultra-weak luminous intensity of the leaves no longer increases significantly, and there are some fluctuations. The influence of the magnetic field on the delayed luminescence 1/p factor of leaves of different leaf ages is different. It has a greater influence on younger and elderly leaves, which takes a long time to eliminate the effect of the magnetic field. The effect on adult leaves is small, and the effect of the magnetic field can be basically eliminated after a short period of time.
