基于乐高EV3平台的三轮全向机器人教学项目设计

Three-wheel Omnidirectional Robot Pedagogical Project Design Based on LEGO EV3

  • 摘要: “智能机器人设计与实践”课程是面向具有一定数学与计算机学科基础的工科高年级学生开设的理论与实践综合课程,目标是培养学生的系统设计、建模仿真、动手实践、计算机控制、数据分析及设计优化能力。乐高EV3智能机器人平台配套零件类型多样,接口灵活开放,适合作为教学平台应用于实践教学。以基于该平台设计的三轮全向机器人为例,讨论EV3机器人的结构组成、系统环境与配置方案、运动机构及模型、实验结果分析方法等内容,全面阐述平台在教学过程中的应用方法。

     

    Abstract: The course “Intelligent Robot Design and Practice”, which is provided to senior engineering students with enough mathematics and computer basics, aims to cultivate students’ ability in system design, modeling and simulation, hands-on practice, computer control, data analysis, as well as technology optimization. LEGO EV3 robot platform has various types of supporting parts, flexible and open interfaces. In consideration of the various design potential and complete functions of LEGO EV3 robot, it is suitable for practical teaching as a teaching platform. This paper introduces the three-wheel omnidirectional robot based on the platform EV3, discussing the structure, system environment, configuration scheme, motion mechanism, as well as results analysis method. The application of this platform in actual teaching process is introduced in detail.
