Abstract:
Opening and sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment are effective guarantees of cultivating multi-level talents, innovating research achievements, improving use efficiency of instruments, promoting discipline construction and serving the needs of national strategic development. This paper explores and practices the opening and sharing management model of large-scale instruments and equipment of Yangtze University, based on the existing problems in large-scale instruments and equipment management in local colleges and universities. Results show that the classification management model based on the two levels of university and college, and talent training model of internal training and introducing talents from the outside, and evaluation and motivation modes expanded the scope of opening and sharing of equipment, and improved the professional level of the laboratory staff. Time utilization rate and service hour of public service equipment and research equipment were improved by 29.97% and 49.65%, respectively, and the number of users and service hours of teaching equipment were improved by 23.61% and 68.73%, respectively. In summary, people-oriented, precise and professional management of large-scale instruments and equipment and the whole-process modular training of laboratory staff are effective ways to improve opening and sharing level and service efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment in local colleges and universities, and development of new functions and strengthening of external publicity are required for professional and teaching equipment.
