Abstract:
This paper closely combines the traditional organic chemistry experiment course with the online information-based teaching methods, and establishes a new “online and offline combined ” teaching model for organic chemistry experiments, which runs through the three stages of pre-class preview, in-class operation and after-class summary, with students as the main body. It also puts forward a multifaceted and diversified assessment system that focuses on the weight of participation (participation assessment results are composed of teachers’ assessment, platform statistics and mutual assessment of students). For example, in the “preparation of cinnamic acid” experiment, students try the online and offline combined practical classes for the first time, where teachers mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative by setting “course tasks”, and finally achieve good teaching results. This teaching mode will further promote the reform of chemistry experiment courses in colleges and universities.
