蔗糖水解反应速率常数和活化能测定虚拟仿真软件的开发及应用

Development and Application of Virtual Simulation Software for Determination of Reaction Rate Constant of Sucrose Hydrolysis and Activation Energy

  • 摘要: 在蔗糖水解反应速率常数和活化能测定实验中通常使用圆盘旋光仪作为旋光度的测量仪器。该仪器的使用一直是实验教学的难点,仅通过教师的现场演示学生通常难以正确掌握仪器的操作要点。为了解决这一问题,设计并开发了蔗糖水解反应速率常数和活化能测定虚拟仿真软件,同时采用虚实结合的教学方式将其运用于实验教学中。通过课堂反馈以及对学生实验成绩的分析,说明运用该软件可以促进学生对实验原理及操作要点的深入理解,提升实验成绩。

     

    Abstract: In the experiment for determination of reaction rate constant of sucrose hydrolysis and activation energy, the circular polarimeter is usually used as the instrument of measuring optical rotation. How to use the instrument has always been a sticking point in experimental teaching. It is often difficult for students to correctly grasp the essentials of the instrument’s operation only through the teacher’s on-site demonstration. In order to solve this problem, a kind of virtual simulation software for determination of sucrose hydrolysis reaction rate constant and activation energy was designed and developed. At the same time, it was used in experimental teaching by combining virtual and real teaching methods. Through classroom feedback and the analysis of students’ experimental results, it is found that using the software can promote students’ in-depth understanding of experimental principles as well as operation points and improve their experimental performance.
