Construction and Practice of PLC Experimental Platform Supporting Remote Debugging

  • 摘要: 该文提出了工业现场实现PLC远程调试的方法,通过搭建虚拟专用网络(VPN),解决了传统PLC实验设备无法远程访问的难题,构建了远程可视化PLC实验平台,实现了远程实操训练。在此基础上进行了线上线下混合式PLC实践教学改革,改革后的课程能更好地服务于学生自主学习,实现思维能力与工程素养的迭代强化,符合“金课”建设理念。平台建设有助于促进跨校、跨区域课程资源共享,并为开放性实验室提供了参考方式。

     

    Abstract: This paper puts forward the method to realize remote debugging of PLC in industrial field. By building virtual private network (VPN), the problem which traditional PLC experimental equipment can not be accessed remotely is solved, and a remote visual PLC experimental platform is built to realize remote practical training. On this basis, the online and offline hybrid PLC practice teaching reform is carried out. The reformed curriculum can better serve students’ autonomous learning, realize the iterative strengthening of thinking ability and engineering literacy, and conform to the “golden class” construction concept. The platform construction helps to promote the sharing of curriculum resources across schools and regions, and provides a reference for open laboratories.
