Abstract:
In view of the problems that teachers and students are difficult to teach and learn in the teaching process of double wishbone independent suspension due to its complex spatial structure, a teaching method combining inside and outside class and integrating theory with practice is proposed, and a parametric teaching experiment platform is developed. The structure and sensing detection method of double wishbone independent suspension teaching platform are designed, and a friendly man-machine interface is developed. In addition, a parameterized virtual simulation teaching system is designed to simulate and optimize the system. The simulation practice of students outside the classroom enhances the high-level, innovation and challenge of learning. At the same time, through students’ manipulation of the test-bed, students can deepen their understanding of the suspension structure and principle, and improve their enthusiasm, interest and sense of acquisition.
