Abstract: The organization and management of PBL teaching mode in engineering training includes many components. This paper studies the elements of objective, personnel, content, situation, activity and evaluation, and introduces the contents, functions and relations of each element. And puts forward the proposal on how to grasp each essential factor and do a good job in each aspect. The aim is to implement PBL teaching mode more effectively in engineering training teaching, so as to achieve the ideal teaching effect and better realize the engineering training teaching goal.
