Abstract:
Animal reproduction practice is an important part in the teaching of animal reproduction course. It helps the student to better understand the basic knowledge as well as reproductive technologies. This article summarized our effort in exploring the practice of combining of virtual simulation experiment teaching with traditional teaching in the class of animal reproduction. Our experience shows that the combination of virtual and real teaching strategies significantly inspires students’ enthusiasm and interest in learning and thus improves the efficacy of teaching with regards to cultivation of students’ capability in innovative thinking and practical skills.
