工程教育认证背景下固废资源化研究型实验设计

Design of Research-oriented Experiment of Solid Waste Recycling Under the Background of the China Engineering Education Accreditation

  • 摘要: 固废资源化是节能减排、人类可持续发展的重要途径。为培养学生的创新意识和创新精神,该文以冶炼钢渣为对象,设计了固废资源化的研究型实验。通过电感耦合原子发射光谱仪、扫描电镜、光电子能谱仪等对钢渣及选后产品进行表征,进行干式磁选抛尾−湿式磁选−精矿分级再磨再选的工艺实验,实现有价组分分离回收利用。该实验基于实际工程问题进行设计,内容丰富,综合性、系统性和实践性强,能丰富学生的科研思维、提高学生的工程实践能力,有利于扩大学生们的学术视野、加强对知识的理解和应用、培养学生解决工程问题的能力。

     

    Abstract: Solid waste recycling is an important way for energy conservation and emission reduction and human sustainable development. In order to cultivate students’ innovative consciousness and spirit, this paper designs a research experiment of comprehensive utilization of solid waste resources based on smelting steel slag. The steel slag and separated products were characterized by chemical analysis, electron spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The processing experiments of dry magnetic discarding, wet magnetic separation and “concentrate classification, grinding and re-selection” were investigated, and the experimental results were discussed and analyzed. The experiment is designed based on the practical engineering problems. It is rich in content, comprehensive, systematic and practical. It can enrich students’ scientific research thinking, improve their engineering practice ability, expand their academic vision, strengthen the understanding and application of knowledge, which is benefit to cultivate students' ability to solve engineering problem.
