Abstract:
Classification and modular management of laboratory teachers is an important measure to adapt to external environment of new agricultural science construction and regional economic development, as well as to meet internal demands of construction and connotative development of laboratory teachers. The quality and comprehensive ability of laboratory teachers are directly related to the development of high-level universities and the training of new agricultural talents. This paper analyzes the favorable conditions and existing shortcomings of local colleges and universities in the training of new agricultural sciences talents. Combining the construction and reform measures of laboratory teachers in Yangtze university, this paper also analyzes the necessity of classification and modular management of laboratory teachers in local colleges and universities, and discusses in detail the classification management system which requires reasonable orientation, setting post according to needs, selecting teachers according to posts, classification assessments, and discusses the training system which requires phased modular training, diversified evaluation, multi-dimension incentives, and elaborates practice effects by examples. These measures provide practical guidance for the laboratory teachers construction in local colleges and universities.
