相对湿度测量教学实验设计

Design of Teaching Experiment of Relative Humidity Measurement

  • 摘要: 深度融合湿度、湿空气、测量、标定等多个课程知识点,利用湿敏元件在吸湿或脱湿过程中电阻值变化的原理,采用高分子纳米复合气湿敏材料,设计了基于分压和放大电路的电子湿度计,在不同相对湿度下检测电压值,以校验电压值与相对湿度的线性关系。实验项目训练内容综合性强、难度适中,兼具热工基本量的测量、电工电子等知识和操作,有助于培养学生创新等综合能力。

     

    Abstract: The knowledge points of humidity, wet air, measurement, calibration and other knowledge points in courses were deeply integrated in this experimental teaching project. The principle of the change of resistance value of humidity sensor in the process of moisture absorption or dehumidification were using. The humidity sensitive material is polymer nanocomposite. An electronic hygrometer is designed based on partial voltage and amplification circuit, which can detect the voltage value under different relative humidity to verify the linear relationship between voltage value and relative humidity. The training content of the experimental project is highly comprehensive and moderate in difficulty. It covers the knowledge of measurement, the basic thermal quantities, electricians and electronics, and practical operation which is helpful to cultivate students’ comprehensive abilities such as innovation.
