除盐水中碳钢的腐蚀与防护虚拟仿真实验设计

Design of Virtual Simulation Experiment on Corrosion and Protection of Carbon Steel in the Deionized Water

  • 摘要: 该文主要论述除盐水中碳钢的腐蚀与防护虚拟仿真实验的设计,遵循“虚实结合、能实不虚、以虚补实”的原则,高度模拟电站给水、凝结水和闭式冷却水系统的工程实际条件(材质、水质、温度、压力),线下高压釜挂片实验的条件、仪器操作、方案设计和实验数据,进行虚拟仿真实验的场景、模式和考核方式设计。

     

    Abstract: Following the principle of “combination of virtual and real, no necessary to be virtual again for the real, and supplement real with virtual”, and simulating highly the actual engineering conditions (material, water quality, temperature and pressure) of the food water, condensate water and closed cooling water in power plants, and simulating the conditions, instrument operation, scheme design and experimental data of offline autoclave hanging test, the design of the experimental scene, experimental mode and assessment method of the “virtual simulation experiment of corrosion and protection of carbon steel in the deionized water”, is mainly discussed in the paper.
